Americatel Corporation d/b/a Teligent is a facilities-based provider of communications services, including voice, data and Internet access. We market our services to ethnic businesses, residential communities located in major metropolitan areas, to international long distance carriers and to Internet service providers transacting with the world's emerging economies. Our mission is to become a leading provider of Internet Protocol, ("IP"), communication services, including voice, data and Internet services to our targeted ethnic markets, comprised of ethnic communities from the Asia Pacific Rim, the Middle East and North Africa, Russia and Central Europe and Latin and South America.

We provide our services through a flexible network of owned and leased facilities, operating and termination agreements, and resale arrangements. We have an extensive network of IP gateways, international gateways, domestic switches, and ownership in undersea fiber optic cables.
