Originating Domestic Dialing Instructions
(including Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands)

1. Dial 888.300.0060 toll-free to access the Teligent network.
2. Enter your TeligentCard number and your 4-digit PIN.
3. Enter the area code and phone number you wish to call, or select one of the available enhanced services by dialing the single digit + # key associated with the service.
4. For international calls, dial 011+ country code + city code + telephone number.
5. To place additional calls, press the # key for two seconds and enter the number you wish to call.

Originating International Dialing Instructions

1. Dial either international access number listed below for the country where the call is being originated.*
2. Enter the 4-digit International Teligent code "0060" or, if calling from a rotary phone, dial 0 for a U.S. operator.
3. Enter your 10-digit TeligentCard number and 4-digit PIN.
4. If you are calling the U.S., dial the area code and phone number you wish to call. If you are calling another international location, dial 011+ country code + city code + telephone number.
5. To place additional calls, press the # key for two seconds and enter the number you wish to call.
