You can receive Extended Coverage to receive calls from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada. Or you can use Toll-Free Screening to target a specific area your business covers, or to block calls from any state or area code.

Your calls are always billed on a consolidated, simplified Teligent invoice. And you are billed in six-second increments - so you only pay for the actual length of your calls. (There is an eighteen-second minimum.)

We can provide you with a brand new toll-free number, or you can keep your existing number. If you prefer a vanity number, we can check the national database of toll-free numbers and reserve whatever number you prefer, if available. And, to increase the visibility of your number, we provide you with up to four listings for each toll-free number in the national toll-free database.

Enhanced Toll-Free Features
You can also select from a variety of Enhanced Features to reduce costs and increase productivity.

Teligent Toll-Free Routing controls and customizes traffic flows based on time of day, day of week, point of origin or percentage of call volume. Your business dictates when, where and how much:

Customers with dedicated access (T1) can ensure that each toll-free call is routed to the proper department or extension with Teligent's Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS).
